Returning to my body emerged because I inquired about what memories are stored in the womb, how our human bodies are vessels carrying knowledge, trauma, emotions, and karma. My intention was to cultivate greater awareness in my body in order to understand the trauma and knowledge that was stored in my vessel. I wanted to further empathize with what I was carrying from my ancestors and what I was carrying to pass forward to the next generation I would give birth to from my womb.
