Cultivating communal sacred space through the arts to heal and restore one’s relation to one’s self, one’s community, the earth, and all relations.

Medicine for the People is an open invitation to an interdisciplinary network of artists who are interested in holistic healing. We are invested in supporting creatives who seek to restore human nature, the indigenous way of life, and lost memory. We seek to weave a relationship between humans and all-relations to envision a world of reciprocity. Rooted in cross-cultural and cross-disciplinary exploration and exchange, we offer space, time and programs for reflection, creation, and connection. We see creative practice in acts of living, seeing, listening, making and truly a way of being. We welcome creatives who perceive creative practice to be essential to better understand themselves and the world around them.

Our work seeks to shed light upon the stories and practices of artists who seek to share their story, medicine and creative practice. We offer gatherings, public programming and exhibits to highlight the aspect of engagement, interaction, and communal work as participants will be invited to internal conquests, communal discussion, and creative exploration. Creating a space for intergenerational conversations to prosper is necessary to create a communal dialogue of how the past, present, and future are building blocks of one another interconnecting to the betterment of humanity.
